Broken Phone

i Gave my phone in for repairs at cell c tyger valley. after about 2 month i finally recieved my phone back. the phone's cover had changed from black to blue with lots of scratch marks on it. i decided to leave it and use the phone after all the problems i had. yesterday the "new" phone they gave me started doing all the exact same problems it had before i gave it in for repairs. tygervally branch is now refusing to help me further even though i have only had this contract for 6 months of that i have only had a phone in my possesion for about 3 month of this contract that was actually working. cell c expects me to pay them monthly for a broken phone and the worst service ever. i wish to have this phone replaced for a different one, not have it repaired and 2nd hand stock used to fix it, as you can clearly see on all the scratches. futhermore tyger valley refused to give me my job card for the repairs of the phone. tyger valley did not want me to see what was fixed or replaced. if anything was done.
