<p>Bongani, Voilet and the team at Cell C in Mall of Africa are absolutely first class.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I came to them, unhappy as a result of a misunderstanding of the contract I'd signed into, they took acton and solved the problem for me without any excuses - a rare and brilliant experience for a customer!</p> <p>Particularly outstanding:</p> <p>1) The team behaved like a team. It took many people to solve my problem, but eveyrone did their part.</p> <p>2) They handled my complaint in a professional and friendly manner.</p> <p>3) They owned the problem until it was solved.</p> <p> </p> <p>In a day & age where these sort of issues result in people blaming or deferring to each other, brushing off customers, or expecting customers to constantly chase them to get a result, The Mall of Africa Cell C team are an example to the rest of us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
