BRIDGE OF CONTRACT: CELL C: *****ULANT DEBIT ORDERS

I have been a customer for many years and had and still have several accounts with them. But seeing that cell c don't cell Iphones, I bought the handset and kept my contract at a very low price. So in the beginning of this year, I was harassed by one of their salepersons to upgrade my contracts, it would cost me merely as little as R10 a month. I eventually gave in after they started to harass my daughter who has one of the accounts. I was told that he would only activate the new contract end May due to my current contracts only expiring then and that I then dont have to make double payments. So in the beginning of June three amounts went off, R219.41; R201.57 and R182.70. I went back on my emails and read the original contract send to me on 19 February 2024. So according to my contracts I would pay for contract (1) and (2) R199 minus R107.36 = R91.63 and for contract (3) R209 minus R93.40 = R105.60. Totalling R288.86 I reported this immediately to CellC via email addresses but did not hear anything from them. In the beginning of July again 3 amounts went off R381.28, R362.44 and R200.13 = R 943,85. Again I send emails and proof of payment with the relevant contracts to CellC. On Wednesday, 3 July 2024 I was contacted by someone of their call center to inform me that going forward I would be paying the full amount. But that is not what my contract states. I dont know what to do. Open a ***** case against CellC???????

Just and update. According to the person -JUSTIN- who sold me the upgrade, indicated that CellC decided without informing their clients that they are discontinuing all discounts. After a few phone calls Justin's manager indicated that they will re-instate my discounts. I then enquired about the over payment and how they are going to pay me back. I was then told by Justin that they will not be paying me back. I then indicated that he, JUSTIN, must go and listen to the recording where he clearly indicated the monthly installments, and that the contract will only come to effect after the current contracts expires so I would not be liable for double or overlapping accounts. If he now goes back on his word, it means it is *****, as CellC mislead me by saying one thing and doing another. Then I got an SMS saying I must please provide them with an alternative number as they can't get hold of me. I send them my contact details and up to date I have not heard from JUSTIN again. However, I am getting several calls from Cell C wanting to know if my complaint was finalized. I was promised on Sunday that I would hear from them by Monday. It is Tuesday.
