Breaking Contract
I have a signed 24 month contract *** is the price increase.... Go and dig out your contracts... point 20.5... I did not agree to this and give you permission to change contract prices I demand it goes back to the agreement. <br> <br> And don't you DARE giving me your legal ********... I know my rights and you signed the contract..

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
