Breache of contract

Guys, be careful when taking out telephonic contract with cellc. They make huge promises over the phone, but do not deliver. I've upgraded my contract in October 2018. I was told I'd be getting 2GB black data daily. Upon activation of the package, i never received the Black Data. I made numerous calls for days with call center. Eventually i started receiving my Black Data. This lasted only for about a month. From December, i was cut off again. I contacted Black support. I have an email from them saying my access to Black has ended. On 6 Dec, i requested cellc to cancel my contract. Once again they want to 'fix' the issue. Why is there an issue? I do not want it fixed. I want my contract cancelled. I have a copy of my contract, that does not state anything about the 2GB Black Data daily. Cellc is in breache of contract. You was given a chance to fix the issue in Oct, it was a temporary fix. False promises.. Cancel my contract and send me confirmation
