Breach of Subscriber Agreement and CPA

You are deducting an extra R10 per month per contract despite an agreement to pay the displayed price for 24 months. You state clause 6.3.3 of the Subscriber Agreement, however, I never received anything in writing, I was not notified 20 working days beforehand and I was not given the option to cancel the Agreement. You are therefore in breach of your own Subscriber Agreement.<br> <br> I also signed a stated monthly subscription fee which I agreed to pay for 24 months. No more, no less.<br> <br> Despite the Agreement you are in breach of multiple CPA clauses within sections 23, 48, 49, 50 and perhaps more, which overrides your ********* attempt to charge more than the agreed amount.<br> <br> I am now attempting to attain redress directly with you, the supplier:<br> 1) Rollback the amount charged to each and every customer affected and issue a full refund
