Breach of POPI ACT
Protection of Personal information - I keep getting direct marketing sms' to my phone from Cell C. I have opted out numerous times only to keep getting the same sms'. This is in breach of the POPI ACT and therefore the law. When someone opts to opt out then the system should allow them to do so.
