breach of contract/false advertising

Went to Cellc store in Summerstrand to ask about the billing of my account as every month I was billed different amounts on my contract so the guy put me on line with customer care using the store phone they asked me security questions including my contact number n was informed I will receive a ref via text n they sent d ref to d store number which I failed to understand even the guy on that store only forwarded those messages to me only Wednesday when they were unable to get hold of me. I need clarity as to why I'm affected by price increase for the 1st in years having Cellc contracts in my understanding I signed for my current contract so if it means the prices have increased it should affect new contracts not existing they mentioned something about a clause in my contract of which I informed them it was never communicated to me. Lastly it's with the false advertising stating u whatsapp free on contract package again they must b specific is it new and old contracts or what coz I'm paying to access whatsapp when I finish my monthly data allocation I purchase data in order to whatsapp so I feel Cellc is misleading customers.
