Breach of contract
Cell C breached a contract and I cancelled it however continuing as its active while it was cancelled. Reported this in their store in Stellenbosch with no changes therefore never paid and wont pay for no service or bad service

26 Mar 2021, 10:09The account should not have been handed over without ensuring that you do know the reasons why it is not paid and I reported why I will not pay in the Stellenbosch branch. I took a fixed contract which was incorrectly billed and reported this with no help from your branch in Stellenbosch and I asked it to be cancelled on the same day I reported this. Check your records and report appropriately as this has been disputed long time ago by me.

Please check your records and remove this and the Nimble Group because I do not think it is responsible to hand over the account without details leading to non-payment and as for Nimble to charge someone they do not even know at your account which in your records should have been kept why the account is not paid
