Breach of contract causes my **** to switch bank!

I would like to make everyone aware that Cell C are the most dishonest, despicable, deplorable, ********* company we have had the displeasure of dealing with.<br> Cell C verbally led my **** into a contract that was meant to include a Samsung S3 Mini a few months ago, she waited for a phone only to receive an old Nokia!?<br> We really struggled to get her the correct phone and after they eventually collected the Nokia at my place (with waybill documents to prove this), they never contacted us again or followed up on us, my **** was without phone and Cell C continued to debit her account for months afterwards! Sick people.<br> When I suggested that my **** switch bank account to avoid them ********ly debiting her account, she did just that. After that, they still had the audacity to threaten to black list her? Total ******* company, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
