Breach of Contract a...
Breach of Contract and Lack of Accountability by Cell C.... I am extremely disappointed and angry 😤with the service that I received from Cell C regarding my contract dispute. The issue stems from a price app**** to my contract without proper notification, which is a clear breach of contract and a violation of consumer rights. Despite multiple times addressing the matter, Cell C has failed to provide adequate responses or resolutions.

03 Feb 2025, 16:17I never received any sms's regarding the updating prices and why was this never even communicated on the day when I went to cell c...I was never gonna take this contract if this was communicated before I took this phone for this amount that I'm paying now because it's not in my budget😡

04 Feb 2025, 05:06So now the sms date has changed to October 2024 and November where I only got the contract in October 🤔 and I have all the SMS's that u guys have send me...This is really irritating me now cause first the communication was the updating prices where send in December now all of a sudden the SMS'S where send in October and November....This is bull😡
