Breach of contract.

On the 31st of October I was contacted by cell c direct with regards to an upgrade. At first I did not want to accept but eventually i was motivated and agreed to doing two upgrades. I went through the whole process security clearance contract etc. Everything was going well and I was happy with the deal. About two hours later a gentleman contacted me to confirm everything. All was what was agreed upon until he came to the phone. All of a sudden the phone was changed from a new phone to a second hand approved phone. I immediately stopped the gentleman and queried the phone. I then canceled the whole upgrade as I did not want a second hand phone. I then informed them that I demand what I agreed to and that the recordings are drawn and listened to and feed back be given to me. The next day I contacted them and they said d the lady who helped me will contact me. The following day I called again only to find out that there is now no calls or anything logged on my number that someone ever called me. All was conveniently deleted from system. I then logged a ***** case as this is what the lady who at this stage helped me advised me. I have been trying to get to a resolution but I keep being put through to various departments without success. I was even promised today that a supervisor would after going through my records contact me but as as yet still no reply. All im asking is that they give me the recordings so I can take it up with my legal advisors so as to solve the problem or to listen to the recordings and according to what was agreed upon compensate me for this. This I must add is the second time that this has happened to me. The first time Igave up trying. This time im not giving up.

Just a update on concern which just seems to get bigger and bigger. On Friday a lady contacted me and told me that she has requested the recordings and that at the latest today she will have feedback for me. After calling the customer service today no one once again knows anything about any phone call and there is only an emplyee number connected to the case number and they cant tell me who it is. I once again asked to speak to a senior person as I am getting irretated with this whole case. After about 5 minutes waiting for the lady to put me through to the senior person I was informed that they are all in a meeting and she will take my details and they will contact me before close of day. Up until nw I have still not receivec any phone call from a senior person or the lady that promised me the recordings by today. What is my next step? Maybe a legal letter to demand the recordings. Will this work? They already dont bother about the law so why will they acknowledge such a letter. Help.

Another day and night gone by and still no help. Telephones to head office dont exist. Call desk people filled with promises but nothing gets updated on system. When you try and find out what the status or update on the case number is all that they have is the time you phoned and the persons personel number that answered your call. Yesterday 6 or seven calls where made and no updates or what they promised or decided was registered on system. Has anyone got any telephone numbers that work for head office as the Web sites numbers do not excist. Even the numbers that call desk people give do not excist. I think its easier to phone or get hold of a number for the president of America than it is to get a number for cell c head office or a senior person that has the means to help or to solve serious issues in a suitable time and manner. I believe it is because they know they are wrong and just frustrate people by been ******** but wow when you are in the wrong or if you are up for an upgrade they phone you three four times a day to try and sell you deals. Realy this is pathetic. Maybe its time to try Vodacom.

What an excuse. Same old story. Easy way to solve it. Cant conveniently find recordings so matter is closed. Why dont you get off your lazy asses and stop covering up. Make an effort to get recordings. If any customer was of importance to you more effort would be done. The calls made on this day should easily be traced and who the operator was that made the call and get her to say what she promised to me even to do a lie detector test on her if the customers meant anything to you. Obviously what is loss of one customer. Strange that two days after incident an email could be sent to the lady and man who contacted me for the upgrade to tell them they need to call me but now they cant be found. Same day another operator could confirm that status on other number that was also to be upgraded was showing that contract was reverted back to old contract. Why would this be if nothing is been hidden. This also conveniently cant be found either. So ******* and cant even be honest and admit mistake and do what they should do but no rather let customer look like the lier and who cares. Let him go else where. We dont need his little contracts.
