BREACH OF CONTRACT

<p>Its so dissapointing how companies like Cell C treats poor customers by increasing prices when they feel like to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took out a smart data contract online with Cell C for R99 a month less than 4 months ago. Recently i have been told that i will be paying R199 a month. I never signed any contract which says i will pay R199, i only know the amoount of R99.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hereby declare that i not willing to pay any amount above the one that i signed for and will take this to the consumer court and Cell C can blacklist me if they want to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Dissapointed Customer</p>
