Breach of contract

<p>I took out a contract with cell c where R150 airtime to use like i want to. With no exceptions or exclusions explained when i took it out. Now i have R100 airtime left but am unable to call 086 numbers and need to recharge. So now i must pay additional money to use my cotract. The person who signed us up on the contract did not explain this to us. This is really pathetic as who has money before payday to buy airtime. And then they want to charge me R1 service to load emergency airtime that i can pay later. That is still extra charges when i still have airtime on my cortract. I understand you cannot call 086 numbers with minutes but this is not minutes on my contract but airtime</p>
