Breach of contract

Yesterday i called to follow up on my matter with cell c ,was advised to cancel my contract since i didnt like the options that were given to me to replace my broken blackberry z3. I asked if its possible to upgrade my existing contract without extending my existing months remaining or<br> ,just pay upfront for difference for device i want ,or increase installment for a better deal ,was advised i need to cancel my existing contract then i will be credited back so i can upgrade and pay the difference ,i cancelled then i called was told i need to do a new application ,24 months they wont credit me for my z3 .i have paid for 13 months . Cell c is the worse service provider by far !!!.since i have the recordings of the calls i made to ce?l c ,will sue cell c for breach of contract <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
