breach of contract

I had a contract phoine with cell c in 2007 and lost that phone in August 2007, while on a holiday in God's window,Mpumalanga. I reported the lost phone when I came back a day after at Dobsonville SAPS, where i obtained the OB number as well as the blacklisting numbers which were susequently submitted to Cell c as the phone was insured through them as well.The OB number is 1705/08/2007 ;IR No *** and Blacklisting Reference is ***0.ALL these details were submitted and several communication to Cell C Management but the phone was not replaced and have been harrased by CELL C and its DEBT COLLECTORS to pay off the balance on my contract. I have refused to do that and its been 9 years of hell with CELL C as they are refusing to replace that phone even though it was insured and reported to them with all the required information.
