Breach of Contract

Need to cancel Cell C contracts with immediate effect. The whole matter this was done with is very unprofessional and me dealing with Cell C for a while now has come to the conclusion that Cell C is not this professional and dedicated as advertised.Throughout the whole process I did not had a physical contact number should I have any queries.Next disappointment was when I checked the number!!!!!! Not one of the two numbers were correct and we received two new completely different numbers. Meaning we could not activate our phones with our regular numbers. Luckily we could use whats app on the one phone as my husband still had his old phone and could get the verification code. BUT we could not transfer the R135.49 (WHICH WAS WRONG) onto data as we would then transfer it to a WRONG number. By Sunday afternoon the R135.49 on the one phone disappeared to R60 odd rand and when queried were told it is because we did not transfer any of it to data. We immediately transfer R19 to 100mg data as by that time the airtime was at R40. <br>
