Breach of contract

On the 19 January 2016 I spoke to a lady from Cell C named Funilwe.<br> She confirmed that my contract will be cancelled with the last payment 02.2016.<br> Today I phoned to confirm that all was on track and that the contract is now cancelled for I seem unable to receive anything in writing from Cell C.<br> Well somehow I was not surprised!!!! Nobody could confirm that this contract was cancelled.<br> I made 12 calls to cell C today. Not once could I speak to Funilwe and still have no answers.<br>
