Breach of Contract
Dear Cell C!!!!<br> You are becoming the laughing stock of the service industry.<br> I lodged a complaint on 14.01.2016. I spoke to Mpho whom promised to investigate - no feedback to date.<br> I lodged the same complaint on 19.01.2016 and spoke to Funiwe whom promised to investigate - today is the 26th and yet no feedback received.<br> I have proof of all the customer care calls I made to you since August 2015.<br> Cell C you are in serious breach of contract and I get a feeling I will be talking to the onbudsman soon.<br>
