Breach of Contract

I bought a S6 on contract on the 17 July 2015. the contract as advertised was with a whire-less charger. after complaining, sending mails, and spending hours on the phone, and dear Mr Nqobile Mahlangu just never gets back to me I sill don't have what I am paying for! this is Breach of Contract, and what if I don't pay? you will cut my phone because im in breach of contract...this<br> is not on at all! as soon as my contract expired, this is me...good bay Cell C!!!
