Breach of contract

Hi Cell C, I am still waiting for a resolution on this query. I have been phoned numerous times by your call centre explaining that I qualify for a discount on my contract for being such a loyal customer, but then you guys increase your premium. What is the point of a fixed contract if the company can change the premium as and when they wish? I phoned in on 06 August as well as a Hellopeter posting on 15 August, but still no feedback. case no.: *** I was considering taking out a business contract with Cell C as your service has always been great in the past and you always resolved queries, but it seems that has changed.
