Breach of Contract

Cell C responded via Hellopeter today stating that Patrick (presume Patrick Mthuti) been in contact with me. The only time Patrick Mthuti was in contact was on the 10/03/2015 when he emailed me and told me my complaint had been referred to CEll C legal Department and that they will revert back to me by Tuesday (17/03/2015). Never happened and on 18/03/2015 sent email to Patrick Mthuti enquiring why they have not got back to me they said they would. Then today the response via Hellopeter. If it is claimed that Cell C has been in contact with me since the 10/03/2015, it is devoid of all truth, I request that Cell C stop playing games, honour the contact I concluded with Cell C and refund me the excess that they, in my opinion have now unjusticely charged me and stop creating a false impression.
