Breach of contract

Am so unhappy with the service I've got from cell I've took a contract and the promised benefits of 10 gigs for 6 months and now am not getting the benefits, log a case on the 22 September and they promised to get back to me in 2 days till today haven't get back to me and am doing follow up every week and they sending me pillar to pillar and last pillar we will get back to you this is so unacceptable
