Breach of Contract!

I upgraded my contract a week or so ago. On my contract I stipulated in writing as well as crossing out the applicable clauses so that Cell C IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES to use or give my details out to other companies for promotions or sales etc.

Since I upgraded I have been bombarded by promotions, phone calls, sms's etc by CELL C and other companies that they have sold my details to!

This is UNACCEPTABLE and a BREACH OF CONTRACT!!!!
