breach of agreement and failing to provide answers

Breach of agreement and inability to re imburse for lost benefits.

On 3 jan i sent an email to cancel my contract which was straight up 200 expiring end of feb.

On 20 of jan the upgrades consultant called naomi in durban offered a top 100 and agreed it will be effected end of feb.
Naomi, effected the contract in jan which was incorrect.

I called.in to tell her to cancell an move me to prepaid and keep my number. She assured me that was done. Days later i found out, i was still on the top 100 contract whch she said i was removed from. On 1 feb i was credited with the airtime still. Clearly i was still on top up 100.

I tried numerous times following this up to be fixed. My matter was said to be escalated however no feedback.cell c consultants are pushing *****elent contract sales.

My january benefits were not reimbursed when i looked at my feb statement. Which naomi said she would reimburse that.
I am paying for a topup 100 contract in feb which i did not ask for.

This shows ***** on behalf of cellc and with all the time i have been with cell c, i was really disappointed that they couldnt solve their problem instead i the client have to constantly call the call centre. ****.
