Breach and

Took contract Iphone6S plus on the 30th of October 2015. After using the phone for15days it started giving problems. I went to report this at cell c and i was told if the problem persist i must bring it back &fortunately the phone behaved well after that. <br> On the 19th of January while i was speaking, the phone died and couldnt switch on again. <br> I called Andriana and she told me some phones are factory damaged and i must bring it back.<br> i took the phone to the store and Andriana told me shes going to book it in for repairs as it might be water damage (Ref CLC***)<br> Because i needed my phone asap i followed up with the repair centre. After 2days i got an sms with a qoute of R14871.30 Comments being visible corrosion display and flex.<br> I rejected the quote and called Andriana but she was not interested as she insisted corrosion is caused by humudity or waterbottle in my gym bag..lol.<br> She told me to claim from my insurance as she will not replace it.I called my insurance and they wanted the report with pictures but cellc could not provide the pictures.<br> After tht an sms followed tht they are working on it as the quote was in error n the phone needed software update<br> Tired n want out asap
