branch gives cell c a bad name

I went into the branch to check what phone I could get on my up grade but. The consultant couldn't get rid off me fast enough from telling me to phone the call centre cause there's no costs to no stock to going over to his collegues to find out the price of a pram. Then the cherry on the top as if he knew my pocket it costs more @ the branch we can't help u for another week. Rather phone 084 145 they will deliver faster. Why bother with having a store when the consultants have such bad attitudes. My suggestionn stay clear of river square cell c the consultant attitudes stinks sorry for the term. Lazy is not the appropriate word it's as if he was doing me a favour turning me away yet my upgrade 2 years ago was done by them. This has left a bad impression of the store. They basically give cell c a bad name
