Boycott Cell C - Worst Service Provider

<p>My Samsung cell phone has been in for repairs for over 4 months. Your reasons for not being able to repair my phone is unacceptable. I believe we book our phones in for repairs, you damage it on purpose and come back to us as clients and say it is beyond repair. You even take picture of the so called damage to show it to customers as "proof". Do you think you making money, you loosing money and customers. Cell C please cancel my account, this is my account number ********** 25. My phone was in perfect condition when I booked it in at The Grove mall Pretoria. Even the staff Ben, Lorrain and Shorty said the phone is in a good condition. You dont even have the nerve to give me my "faulty" phone back. Please cancel my account immediately. </p>
