Bought data without asking

My mother went to Cell C today at around 16:30. She was helped by someone called Reagan Mack. Reagan took it upon himself/herself to buy 3GB of data when my mother did not ask for it. Reagan then refused to reverse his/her mistake. My mother refused to pay and walked out so Reagan sent the shopping centre security after her and forced her to pay.<br> <br> You had better give my mothers money back and discipline Reagan. Reagan bought the data without asking my mother so he/she must be punished.<br> <br> If you don't give my mother's money back then you will also lose me as a customer.<br> <br> I am going to go have a chat with the Reagan in person when I have a chance and sort him/her out face to face unless you fix this problem.
