Bought data still not resolved

I just can't explain the level of disappointment from cellc. I bought data via pay fast on the 30 September 2020 and sent them all the documents and proof of payments but still my query has not been sorted to date. I have tols them several times that I use data for work purposes but they just don't care. The last person I spoke to was Lerato from back office who gave me her team leaders email address *** and it came back as undelivered. Though I copied every bodies emails that I have used before still no response from them. *** and the customer service one. I just don't know what to say to anymore cause it shows lack of customer service they give us. My main problem is most of the people I spoke to they DON'T Know what is pay fast yet its another way of payment option when buying data via Cell C link. I will be very glad to be helped by someone who will assist or even know what is pay fast.
