Bought data on cell c website,6 days later and it still hasnt reflected

I bought data on the 11th of august on the cell c website. I sent through proof of purchase from my bank and a screenshot from the cell c website stating that the purchase was successful but the data wasnt loaded on my account. Its been 6 days and the issue has still not been solved. I was told not to buy data until the issue is resolved. I don't have a pocket router so now im leaving the house without data which is extremely dangerous.
