Bought Cell C data 6 days ago and they don't know if it's maybe on Elon Musks Space craft.

I have just now for the third time send through my bank statements to Cell C. It is now day 6 and the confusion is just escalating. I bought data (Simple) on their'e App on the 24th may. R 299.00 that I still haven't received I have being working since Frida for Cell C to try and get them to understand I bought data and would just like to receive my data. But incompetence is at the order of the day. Think twice no maybe 3 times before using this excuse for a so called corporate company. They like to take, but when it comes to delivering they get stuck.
