Both Cell C data card - no internet

Good day<br> I have 2 Cell C data cards one on contract with 5 G a month and one 100G that I bought cash. Both of them have not been working since the 1st Des.<br> <br> Nothing helps - I can not get them to work. I work for myself and not being able to connect to the internet is causing me to loose money. And no I have not phoned Cell C as I do not have a Cell C phone - so I would like Cell C to contact me and sort this problem out.<br> <br> Will Cell C be refunding me for the time and income lost?
