Botched up credit record over lies

Your service is really bad, how can i be calling your company asking for my recorded contract for the past two months and getting empty promises. You say am owing you alot of which i dont understand hence i have been calling asking for the copy of that recorded contract but you keep making empty promises. I need a copy of my contract before i can pay. So that i can understand why am paying so much. I need to relisten to the contract so i can remember what the agreement was am tired of calling over and over for one thing and get no results.
