Bonus on rewards

Cell c they have this bonus airtime when you recharge with R25 of airtime they will give you R75 airtime bonus for one well last week i dis recharge with R50 but i never got my airtime than again yesterday i recharge with R25 but i never got my airtime i did complian why they having this thing and when you recharge you don't get your reward they have false information and am not happy with cell c. Dial *136# than option 3 than option 5 all reward they say when you recharge with R25 or more you get every week it changes first it was when you recharge with R15 you get R45 which i dd gt but for this one i never got my R75, now they say when you recharge with R100 or more you R300 i want my R75 to times i recharged wth R25 or more and never got it🤬🤬
