Bonus Airtime nothing but a ****

<p>I have for the past few recharges monitored my bonus airtime which seemed to dissappear along with my airtime. I texted my brother who is on cell c and noticed that my regualr airtime was taken instead of the bonus airtime. I lodged a complaint with Ntando regarding this on the 20th and was told that i would receive a call in 2 days REF ********** 482. I had called on that very 20th after noticing that they charged me on my regular airtime (i still had bonus airtime) while calling my mom who is also on cell c but was told that they could not see those records yet. So i logged that complaint yesterday and given the REF ********** 890 with Gcinile. I asked her to check my previous case and she told me that it was just writen "bonus withheld" and she didnt know why. I thought being on cell prepaid was better but you just find one way or another to ROB your customers.</p>
