bonus airtime

Good day. Once again I express my disappointment with Cell C's service. I received an sms saying if I recharge before a certain date, with a certain amount, I will receive Bonus Airtime. Both times I recharged, but I received no Bonus Airtime. I spoke to customer service today, and was told that I did not receive it because I was not on the \Megabonus Plan\". Later I received another of these sms's offers. I changed to Megabonus , and recharged. I NEVER RECEIVE BONUS THIS TIME AGAIN!!!. Therefore I told them at customer care, that they do not know what they are saying. They need to educate themselves about these offers. They have no idea what I am talking about. These sms offers I have received, have nothing to do with what plan I am on. This last recharge of mine prove this clearly. I am now owed R70 worth of bonus airtime. "
