Bonolo is rude and doesnt respect the customer

My moms phone number was fruadulently ported to Cell C and all bank and store card sms' are now going to that number and the consultant at westgate says she cant help block tge number as the manager is not there, Bonolo she is arrogant and rude....any ***** that occurs will be cellc's fault
