Bonang Subscription! A scan that cannot be cancelled!

I have emailed, rep**** to SMSs since the 25th of March and no matter what I do, I cannot cancel this Bonang Service! I did not opt for it willingly, it is costing me R3 a day and whenever I load airtime immediately it is deducted!!! THIS IS A ****!!!!IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY SENDING STOP!
