Bluetooth headphones not received

I wrote a review for Cell C but still my issue is not resolved, what i can say is that Cell C is full of lies and they don't take their client's seriously. i even called Huawei and they were surprised at my query and the response from Cell C. They encouraged me to follow this up with Cell C until this is resolved. i cant leave this issue unresolved. i have to receive what i signed for.
