I had a 24 months contract with Cell C 3 YEARS and i finished paying for it now i need my paid up letter No ONE is assisting me, i have been holding for good 3 years today and transfering me to different departments. They were so quick to debit my account every month and to call me to remind me about my debit order dates now they cant help me with only one paged sentenced letter to show that i have PAID THEM IN FULL!! Pathetic Service!
