Blocking of line

I was called by a cellc agent who helped me make a payment arrangement on my account. To my surprise after the chat my line was then blocked. I explained to the lady that I was out of work and was willing to settle my balance at the end of this month. Why was I contacted by someone if my line was going to be blocked. CellC should have just blocked it if my payment arrangement didn't make any difference.

Kindly wait that Maropeng cannot get hold of me because CellC has now blocked my line and I cannot receive calls. At first they blocked my outgoing calls. Now that I logged a complain I am now blocked for both outgoing and incoming calls. What is going on.
