i have a contract with cell c on number ********** 124. i relocated and went to cell c in lakeside mall gauteng benoni to activate to international roaming. the consultant told me no need as my phone will automatically update. i am now in a foreign country unable to use my phone as it is blocked. i am requestiing cell c to please activate my account so that i can access my mails and sms's. this is really frustrating as i know that they are debiting my account every month. i am paying for a contract that i cant use. please help
