Blocked number

Can you believe this on the 13th October 2017 i have sent a report on hello peter because of one blocked number that i cannot dial out too. So there was a gentleman (Mpho) from Cell c calling me tried fixing the problem. He has asked me to try the following day after 7 in evening which i did and the call went through, never tried it after that. So the next morning he contacted me and i told him last night i tried and it worked. So on our way traveling to work my husband dropped me off and as i am going in the office i saw he forgot something that i had, tried calling him and the same problem occurred. I had to run to my office to contact him. After that i phoned Cell c to asked if i can speak to Mpho and they told me they will ask him to contact me. Today is the 26/10/2017 and still waiting for Mpho to contact me regarding this matter. Cell c very poor service and would not advised anybody to port there number to Cell c because this problem started after my husband ported his number from MRP to Cell c.
