Blocked number

Last week I have contacted cell c because I cannot dail out too my husband number logged a call. Then we checked on our phones if the number is blocked and not on either our phones it's not blocked so I went to cell c trade route mall and the consultant logged another call it's been a week and still have the problem and no one from the technical department has called me back I am disgusted with cell c and there service
