Blocked line & Attitude

I logged a complain about Cell C blocking my line on the 16th of January. To my surprise just after logging the complaint. My line was then deactivated. Now I cannot receive outgoing nor incoming calls from my cellc number. Its quite suprising that CellC says Maropeng has been in contact with me to resolve my query.

Maropeng called me and was so rude and arrogant. I told him that the agent that had called me in regards to making a payment arrangement never told me about paying my account in full but said I should pay R1015. What is going on with CellC.

I asked Maropeng to get his supervisor or someone superior to contact me but I still have not received a call.
