I tried resetting my network setting rebooted and still I don't have access to the internet,I'm really worried. I have already missed out on important work on Fri it's Monday tomorrow I need to have my connection fixed ASAP.

Its Monday today i still cannot connect meaning I cannot work, I need you guys to stop apologizing and do your work you took the money for data now you cannot provide me with the services I need it doesn't look like anyone knows how to fix this problem. If so reimburse me so thàt I can see where I can get better services. *** I called this morning but like always no HELP. Yes they will call WHEN. I NEED TO WORK HOW HARD CAN I BE

Your team just buzzed me and, they don't even have the decency to update my name that's how *********** they are. If you call someone you try 2or3 times before giving up.. my phone only rang twice and dropped how can I miss any calls when I'm not able to work..my name is Walter Bains who is Khanyi? Am I suppose to resorts to other network providers for service..I paid R289 for this data so I can be able to work from home..what use is cellc network to me when you're ripping me off time and again.. about a month ago my other *** cellc number was disconnected without any warning and yet I stayed with cellc still .now my data sim isn't connecting to internet while 120gb was loaded and has enough bars to work..this back and forth messaging is really starting to irritate me I have been very civil all this while ..is cellc going to reimburse me for the 2days of work lost ??

As expected I receive a call but again they couldn't help me. I lost a day of work, so please reimburse me so that I can make a plan clearly you guys cannot help me this problem is beyond cellc company. my account number is *** Standard Bank I spend R289 for 120gig. Logging calls will not help me, will not help me when I loose my job. Please reimburse me please you cannot help my situation

The sim card is receiving call and messages someone disconnected my internet why I don't know there is nothing wrong with the sim card the problem is the internet connecting to the internet. They need to stop asking me to do all this steps. They need to fix or connect the internet connection

This is starting to irritated me because I have my phone with me at all times no one called me. It's simple you can not help me fine give me my money back. Only call me if you have unblocked my internet or you are reimbursing me let me get a different service provider.how would you feel, you paid for data but don't have it *** or ***

There 's no amount of words to explain how angry I am regarding the unconvince caused to me by cellc, how is my case is closed without being resolved..I tried buying another cell c sim card and did a sim swap as advised by one of the consultants and still internet is disconnected..I can receive calls and messages but can't connect to internet..I even transfered one gig to my cellc number *** and guess what even that sim can't access internet with that data..so tell me should i just give up and forget the fact that i spend R290 for data I didn't get to use now you're sending me messages to rate the service I recieved on a query thats unresolved. How hard can it be to reconnect the internet you disconnected initially.this is by far the worst service ever recieved from any service provider ànd I'll be contacting the consumer ombudsman ref ***

At this point I don't seem to have a choice do cause everytime some one says they tried contacting me when my phone just rang twice or no miss call at all..I always call back and nobody can connect me to the last person that called only logs another call..I'm so exhausted because I know tomorrow someone else is gonna say they tried to call again when I didn't even recieved a miss call but then again it's cellc you have a right to financially harass your clients right.. doesn't it bother you that we have been going back and forth regarding this query for the passed 5 Days and no resolutions still you keep on saying the same things ?????????

Please note it's been a week now still no access to data that I have purchase, about 4 People called me yesterday and none of them could help this I means I have spoken To more than 10 people since my query was logged and no one can help.. clearly this won't be resolved anytime soon..now I have had enough and no longer want to speak to any of your *********** agents I 'm requesting that you please refund my money so I can make other alternatives ref *** enough is enough it might not seem like a lot to you but I have work very hard for that R289 I spent on that data please refund my money back!!!

So it's official you sold me data that doesn't work and you don't want to refund me??? None of your technician can help me and yet you keep on telling me how you understand my frustrations..you don't understand a damn thing cause if you did my issue would be resolved by now..or are you planning to drag it until the data expires...for peace sake can I have my money back please..
