Blocked because of a Cell C error

I received a cellphone telephonic contract offer from cell C in May 2022. A wrong device was delivered to me which I immediately queried. Only on 23 October 2023, cell c arranged to collect thewrong device so that my account coould be cleared to allow me to apply for a cell phone contract. To this day the account is still blocked. I have been inconvenienced and cannot get a cellphone contract since May 2022.

I have tried to apply for a new contract in store which could not be processed due to the same black listing.

Please send me a clearance letter that I can take with to the store to avoid further challenges.
