Blocked and handed over without contacting me

Cellc has blocked my number without consulting with me and handed me over to their legal department.

I am missing job opportunities as line is not receiving calls even though I made arrangements for it to receive incoming only. Its blocked. I plead with cellc to unlock my line so I can be contacted. I need to get a job to pay for the line.
