Block messages

I will be cancelling my contract with Cell C as soon as it is done. I have never meet a service provider as useless as you. Cell C keeps blocking my incoming messages and then claim its not them but it is because this is the second time its happened and they cant and clearly don't know how to fix it. Not to mention how **** your signal is but instead of improving your services you now want to buy people out of there contracts with other service providers what a joke for what so that they can also struggle and have no signal. I can not receive any bank message which I need to make payments but don't worry I will let everyone know how useless Cell C is and then I will go to the newspapers as well so the whole country is aware of the shocking service. Oh and don't ask to speak to a manager because they are far to busy to speak to customers probably tired of all the complaints and choose just to ignore us-bad move. I will rather pay more for a proper service provider then stay by Cell C. The best part is you know how useless you are and you just don't care
